Porches
The original porch had severe damage from being hit by a vehicle. The original concrete on the stoop was removed and replaced due to settlement. Additionally the side walls at the steps were entirely replaced. To make the project cost effective the original stoop was increased in size with a 4” brick veneer to cover all parts of the previous aging brickwork. The new wall and concrete stoop gave the homeowner an entirely new porch while reducing overall cost. What it looked like before:

Walls
The homeowner had replaced the original wooden fence one too many times. Masonry columns were built to support the new wooden sections. The masonry columns will greatly strengthen the new privacy fence and will not have any need to be replaced in the future. The columns also make this homeowners' fence different from those around it. |

Paver Brick
The homeowners wanted a space to entertain and relax with family. A concrete base was poured and then covered with Paver brick in a basket weave pattern. Once designed and constructed the homeowners had a new patio area just as the wanted. |

Walls
This project was constructed in the downtown Charlotte First Ward section. The homeowners sought privacy in an urban environment. The new wall was constructed directly between two adjoining homeowners. The addition of larger openings in the wall allowed for air movement and a feeling of openness in the enclosed space. |
