Repairs
Homeowner was concerned about settlement cracks over their front porch arch. The arch itself was still sound but with time would also fail; this timely repair avoided a much bigger job later. We built a frame to support the arch itself, removed the inside trim board and then removed the 3 courses of brick above the arch on both the inside and outside wall. The arch itself remained intact. We could then re-lay these courses restoring structural strength and good looks. The top course in the outside wall was laid from the inside avoiding any need to disturb the outside trim. Paver Brick

The areas surrounding the sunroom were originally planned for a garden to be cultivated by the homeowner's grandchildren. When the children grew out of the idea, the homeowner wished for a more permanent solution. She viewed samples and chose what she liked. These were implemented in the design which solved the dilemma and has no maintenance. The concrete drive was in place. We poured a concrete base for the new pavers and for the footings each side for the planters. And, of course, laid all the pavers. |

Entrances
The mailbox was built from the homeowner's drawing as shown in the 'before' picture. We can work from anything - from blueprints to backs of napkins. The entrance was constructed after damage had occurred to the original. The design of the walls is simple as the homeowners wished it to be. What it looked like before:
